Welcome to the Board of Elections

Due to a December 2008 court case opinion and upon advice of counsel, the Board re-verified and validated the signatures on Local Referendum Petition CB-58. The Board found that the total number of valid signatures fell below the 2,500 signatures necessary to grant an extension for signature gathering.
