Residential Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Permit

A 10% technology fee will be collected on all HVAC permits. The technology fee is not collected on the application fee.

Application Fee (non refundable) $50

Multi-family or multi-occupancy (per dwelling unit) $80

Single family attached or detached dwelling-per heating/cooling zone $40

Reinspection Fee

2 failures of the same inspection	$50
3 failures of the same inspection	$75
4 or more failures of the same inspection	$125

Inspection Outside Normal Working Hours

Overtime fee for inspection outside normal working hours
1st Hour	$75
Each additional hour or fraction of an hour	$50
