Keeping Our Neighborhoods Beautiful

A Property Maintenance Handbook for Residents and Community Associations. 2003 Second Edition.
This publication is aimed at residents and community associations and covers a wide variety of topics, including property care, the role of community and condominium associations, choosing a contractor, and tips on what every rental lease should contain.
One especially useful chapter in the handbook is entitled “Getting Help from Howard County” and details the county agencies and phone numbers the homeowner is most likely to need for property concerns such as running water, clean streets, sewers, garbage collection or animal problems.
