Wincopin Street Alternatives

The Department of Planning and Zoning gave a presentation on the proposed Wincopin Street, which included alternative ways to provide pedestrian and vehicular circulation through the Lakefront core area. Three-dimensional schematic models for Wincopin Street are available below.

Columbia Downtown Master Plan Presentations

A public presentation of the Preliminary Draft Columbia Downtown Master Plan was held Monday, February 27, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at the Spear Center, General Growth Properties (GGP) Building, 10275 Little Patuxent Parkway. This presentation introduced drafts of the evolving Vision Plan, Design Guidelines, and Implementation Strategy. Combined, these elements form the Columbia Downtown Master Plan.
