The Department of Finance is responsible for tax, water and sewer fee revenue collection, accounts payable, employee payroll, pension reporting, lien certification for deed recordation, business license renewal, tax clearance, and financial management for Howard County.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
