Function:

To assist in the implementation of the County’s environmental agenda, providing both advice and review.

Number of Members:

13
Board members must be Howard County residents and include experts in energy, air/water quality, environmental governance, community outreach and education, transit, green building, and environmental health.

Appointed by:

County Executive appoints. County Council confirms.
