BIDDER'S APPLICATION Thank you for your interest in providing services to Howard County Government. The Office of Purchasing welcomes the opportunity to provide you assistance and information that may help you better understand our procurement procedures while affording you bid opportunities.
The Office of Purchasing’s commitment and policy is to assure all persons an equal opportunity to participate in the procurement of all commodities and services. Vendors who would like to be placed on this list so that they will be contacted by Purchasing via email for bidding opportunities will need to complete the Bidder Application and Equal Business Opportunity Self-Certification Application. If there are any questions about completing the application or if you need additional information, please contact the Office of Purchasing at (410) 313-6370. The Equal Business Opportunity (EBO) effort is an extension of current Purchasing procedures and is practiced on an on-going basis. Furthermore, as a function of this program, assistance will be provided to businesses whenever and wherever practicable. We strongly encourage minority-, disabled- and women-owned businesses to complete a parts one and two of the Bidder Application and Equal Business Opportunity Self-Certification Application.
