BIDDER'S APPLICATION

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the application. If you do not have Adobe already, please refer to the bottom of this page for instructions on how to download a free copy of it from the internet.

Important things to remember when filling out your Bidder's Application are:

  • Column A on the application represents the Commodity and/or Service that your company is able to provide.

  • Column B on the application represents the subclassifications within the Commodity and/or Service codes.

    Instructions for completing your Bidder's Application
    You may find it helpful to print these instructions before you start.

  • Step 1: Click on the Commodities and Services Index tab on the left hand side of this screen.

  • Step 2: Select the appropriate 3 digit code that represents your company's product and record it in Column A on page 2 of the Bidder's Application.

  • Step 3: Click on the 3 digit code and select the 2 digit subcodes and record them in column B until all subcodes are recorded.

  • Step 4: Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you have recorded all possible Commodity and Service codes that represent your company.

  • Step 5: Forward your application to:

    Once the application is received and entered into our system, ythe company will be placed on the County's Bidder's List for the Commodities/Services provided on the application. Upon completion, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file.
