Plans and specifications for construction of approximately 6,261 linear feet of 48-inch diameter water main, 56 linear feet of 30-inch diameter water main, 143 linear feet of 12-inch diameter water main, 1,891 linear feet of 8-inch diameter water main, 91 linear feet of 6-inch water main, including air release, blow-off, and access manholes, gate valves, fire hydrants, a cathodic protection system and test stations, connections to existing mains, abandonment of the existing main, surface restoration and including all other miscellaneous appurtenances and incidental items of work as shown on the Contract Drawings will be available beginning July 31, 2008 for the non-refundable price of $50.00. A pre-bid meeting will be held in the Engineering Conference Room of the Thomas Dorsey Building at 9250 Bendix Road, Columbia, Maryland 21045 at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, August 20, 2008.
