County Executive Ball Announces Impactful Investments for Elkridge Community in Proposed FY26 Capital Budget

County Executive Calvin Ball at a press conference on March 24th, unveiled several of his impactful investments planned for Howard County's Elkridge community in his Fiscal Year 2026 Capital budget, including funding for the Elkridge Community and 50+ Center, park improvements, and transportation enhancements.

6:00pm-7:00pm
at the 
Elkridge Landing Middle School
(7085 Montgomery Rd, Elkridge, MD 21075).

Howard County’s Department of Recreation & Parks, Department of Community Resources and Services, and the County’s Bureau of Facilities invite the public to a presentation by the contractor (Cannon) on the advancement of the planned Elkridge Community and 50+  Center in Elkridge.

Cannon will cover the following:

  1. Latest Site Plan.
  2. Total building gross square footage.
  3. Overall Building Plan.
  4. Updated Project Schedule.

Following the session, members of the public may send comments to elkridgecommunitycenter@howardcountymd.gov
