DCRS and its Office of the Local Children’s Board will distribute essential supplies at four locations for Howard County students heading back to school. No registration is required. First come, first served.

The Howard County Department of Community Resources and Services (DCRS) and its Office of the Local Children’s Board will help provide essential supplies for Howard County students heading back to school. No registration is required. Backpacks pre-packed with supplies will be distributed on a first come first served basis, while quantities last, at the following locations:

Deep Run Elementary School - 6925 Old Waterloo Road, Elkridge 21075
Howard County MultiService Center - 9900 Washington Boulevard, Laurel 20723
Howard Crossing Apartment Homes - 8732 Town and Country Boulevard, Ellicott City 21043
Wilde Lake High School - 5460 Trumpeter Road, Columbia 21044
