Conditional Use Petition
This application is for the Hearing Authority to grant approval for a Conditional Use. These uses are authorized in specified zoning districts and the Hearing Authority may impose additional conditions upon approval.

A Presubmission Community Meeting is required prior to filing a Conditional Use request.
Fee: $2,500 plus $50 for each poster required
