Temporary Use Application
DPZ may approve the temporary use of land that is not a prohibited use outlined in the County Zoning Regulations or a use that requires Conditional Use approval. A temporary use may be approved for a period of up to 90 days. These petitions have a public hearing requirement and are submitted to the Department of Planning and Zoning for processing and decision.

Fee: $150 plus $50 for each poster required
