Ellicott City Culvert and Storm Drain Enhancement Project Site Investigation to Continue
A Howard County construction project to conduct test pits and soil borings near 8600 Main Street in Ellicott City is expected to begin on or about Thursday, August 22. The test pits and borings will identify underground utilities for future culvert and storm drain replacement at the site.
