Howard County Government Closings for Presidents’ Day on February 19th
Howard County Government offices, 50+ centers, courts and animal shelter will be closed on Monday, February 19th in observance of the Presidents’ Day holiday. There will be regular Monday trash, recycling and food scrap curbside collections on the 19th, and the Alpha Ridge Landfill will be open.
