A Howard County construction project to stabilize a portion of stream near the Centennial Park North Area pedestrian bridge in Ellicott City, is scheduled to begin on or about Monday, September 27th. The project is not expected to impact the pedestrian trail or vehicular traffic in the project area and weather permitting, is expected to be completed by late December 2021.
