A Howard County construction project to replace the existing 12-inch waterline across the Patapsco River near the 5900 block of River Road in Elkridge, is expected to begin on or about Monday, October 21st. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by early January 2025.

The Howard County Department of Public Works will hold a community outreach meeting on Tuesday, November 12th, to discuss the installation of a new pocket park along the northside of St. Paul Street behind 8109 to 8125 Main Street.
