Church Road Drainage Improvement Project to Begin
A Howard County construction project to investigate below ground conditions along Church Road and Emory Street in Historic Ellicott City, is expected to begin on or about Monday, October 3rd. The project will include drilling geotechnical borings and test holes, which will be backfilled once the work is finished. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by early October 2022.
