Each year the Howard County Office on Aging and Independence leads Project Holiday, an initiative that delivers holiday gifts to older residents who could use some extra cheer at the end of the year. Volunteers of all ages, community organizations, crafters, service providers, and more rally around some of Howard County’s most experienced residents.

As we begin the season of giving, The Office on Aging and Independence is, once again, calling on our community to come together in a show of support for older adults (age 50+) who otherwise may not receive a holiday gift. There are many ways to help!
