Our diverse offerings of services, programs and facilities are the result of citizen and community input combined with the delivery of leisure services by a team of professional staff.

Our mission is to promote opportunities for all residents to pursue safe and enjoyable leisure activities in balance with the protection and conservation of natural resources. We utilize a very strong teamwork concept to involve the community in concert with our staff to identify and meet the needs of our citizens.

Parks Survey

Winter online registration will begin on December 3 at 6:00 p.m. All other forms of registration begin on December 4 at 8:00 a.m. for Howard County residents. Non-county residents can register beginning December 10 at 6:00 p.m. An approved online account is required before registration can be processed.
